Advice for homeowners to help avoid premises liability issues with their homeowners insurance.
Imagine this: Your remove a board on your deck because it is damaged. You plan to replace it right then, but you are interrupted before you finish the job. You alert your family to the danger, but you do not mark the spot. You do not expect that an acquaintance will stop by that evening and choose to seek entry through the side door, rather than the entry door. Although talking about your salary may be the most common question that you would get during a job interview, this is actually a trick question.
